Marshmallow Version Nougat
1.
Put the peanuts in the oven and heat up and down at 150 degrees for 5 minutes
2.
Peel and chop after baking! Don’t be too broken, about one cut into four pieces
3.
Melt the butter and pour into the marshmallows (forgot to take pictures of the butter part)
4.
Melt the marshmallows and pour into the whole milk powder (because the whole process needs constant stirring, no one will take pictures for me)
5.
Pour in crushed peanuts (if it's freshly roasted, let it cool before using it, I left it when I made nougat last time)
6.
After stirring evenly, turn off the heat and pour onto the plastic wrap to prevent sticking to the silicone pad underneath
7.
Use a rolling pin to roll it to the desired thickness, and then press the edges evenly
8.
Cut into the size you need and wrap it in glutinous rice paper
9.
Wrap it in sugar paper
10.
carry out! Come to start
Tips:
Remember to start with the butter and keep it on a low heat, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking to the pan!
