2. Choose colorless marshmallows instead of sandwiched ones, otherwise it will be ugly
3. Milk powder should choose unsweetened milk powder, because marshmallow itself is very sweet, if you add sugared milk powder, it will be very sweet and greasy
4. If you like softer ones, you can add a little more butter. If you like harder ones, you can add a little more milk powder, but it is better not to change the formula for the first time. After being proficient, you can slowly improve.
5. Cut the marshmallow into pieces after it is cold, about 2 hours, otherwise it will be very soft, the shape of the cut will not look good, and it should not be too hard because it will drop scum when it is cut!
