Mashed Potatoes with Minced Meat

Peel the potatoes, slice them, put them in a steamer, steam for about 10 minutes, and crush them into a puree with a spoon. Then add potato starch and mix well.

Take an appropriate amount of mashed potatoes and knead them into balls. Rub it all together.

Put it in a steamer, steam for about 5-8 minutes, and serve.

Add minced meat to the frying pan and stir-fry evenly, fry until the minced meat is golden brown, and add water.

Add salt, monosodium glutamate, light soy sauce, white sugar, chili noodles, and stir well.

Add water starch to thicken.

Turn off the heat when the soup is thick.

Pour the soup on the mashed potatoes, add chopped green onion and white sesame seeds to decorate it.
Tips:
No need to add soy sauce for this method
