Matcha Honey Bean Gnocchi

1. Knead the red bean paste into small balls

2. Pour glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour, and matcha powder into a deep basin

3. Mix well first

4. Heat water to knead the dough

5. Divide the dough into small doses and wrap in red bean paste

6. Wrap it and knead it into balls, sprinkle some rice flour and put it in the refrigerator to freeze

Tips:

1. Be sure to use hot water when making noodles
2. Add more water when cooking the glutinous rice balls, cook until they float and then low heat for 1 minute
