The taste of QQ and the aroma of matcha neutralize the sweet bean paste.

Matcha Iced Red Bean Paste Mooncake

1. Put glutinous rice flour, orange flour and sticky rice flour, sugar, and milk into a cooking bowl, and stir evenly with a spatula.

2. Add white oil and knead it into a dough. It starts to be very wet and sticky. The more you knead, the more tough it becomes!

3. Put it in a pot and steam on high heat for 15 minutes.

4. Let cool at room temperature.

5. Roll the red bean paste into a ball about 28g.

6. Divide the noodles into 30g portions, roll them into round pieces, wrap the red bean paste, and roll them round.

7. Use a mold to emboss the moon cake balls one by one, and then put the moon cakes in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours to taste better.
