Matcha Iced Red Bean Paste Mooncake
1.
Put glutinous rice flour, orange flour and sticky rice flour, sugar, and milk into a cooking bowl, and stir evenly with a spatula.
2.
Add white oil and knead it into a dough. It starts to be very wet and sticky. The more you knead, the more tough it becomes!
3.
Put it in a pot and steam on high heat for 15 minutes.
4.
Let cool at room temperature.
5.
Roll the red bean paste into a ball about 28g.
6.
Divide the noodles into 30g portions, roll them into round pieces, wrap the red bean paste, and roll them round.
7.
Use a mold to emboss the moon cake balls one by one, and then put the moon cakes in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours to taste better.
