Matcha Millet Hair Cake
1.
Sift the cake flour twice, here is millet cake flour, this cake flour is added with easily absorbed millet flour for better nutrition.
2.
Sift the matcha powder (if you don't like the matcha flavor, use the same amount of flour instead).
3.
Add caster sugar.
4.
Mix them evenly with egg custard.
5.
Pour milk and add milk to make the cake more nutritious.
6.
Make a circular motion and stir evenly. The mixed batter is fine and fine. Marking with egg will leave traces. If it is too thin, you can add a little flour to adjust it.
7.
Pour the batter into the oiled ceramic mold, you can make 3 pieces.
8.
Steam it in a pot on cold water and steam on high heat for about 20 minutes. After steaming for a few minutes, you will see the hair cake swelling and cracking.
9.
When the time is up, simmer for 5 minutes before opening the lid.
Tips:
The best way to make hair cakes is to use a small mold. I use a small cake cup with a height of 4.5cm and a diameter of 5.5cm.
