Matcha Nougat

Weigh all the ingredients and mix them slightly, such as matcha powder, cocoa powder and milk powder, nuts and dried fruits;

Turn on the minimum heat, pour the butter, and melt the butter in a circular motion with a silicone spatula;

Pour the marshmallows and continue to stroke until the marshmallows and butter are completely integrated;

Pour in the milk powder and matcha powder mixture, and stir again to mix evenly;

Then pour in the dried fruit and nut ingredients, mix up and down evenly, then out of the pot, knead a few times like kneading dough, so that each ingredient is wrapped in sugar;

Put the nougat in a baking tray for shaping, use a rolling pin to flatten the nougat on the side. If the baking tray is sticky, you can spread greased paper or sprinkle an appropriate amount of milk powder on the bottom. After it is completely cooled, cut it into small pieces;
Tips:
1. For the dried nuts and fruits, you can mix them according to your preferences;
2. Because the action must be neat after you start, you must prepare all the ingredients in advance;
