Matcha Nougat

Peanuts are roasted in advance, peeled and set aside, and other ingredients are ready to be weighed

Cut the butter into small pieces and melt in a non-stick pan

Pour the marshmallows and stir until melted

Add milk powder and matcha powder and mix well

Add peanuts and mix well

Let it cool for a while, put it on a non-stick mat, knead it with your hands for a while, let the marshmallow fully wrap the peanuts, and roll it flat with a rolling pin

Cut into small pieces and wrap them in sugar paper
Tips:
Be sure to use a non-stick pan, otherwise the marshmallows will stick to the pan~
Heat on a low heat, otherwise the marshmallows will be easy to mash~
The peanuts will not break easily when you knead it with your hands for a while~
