Matcha Peanut Nougat
1.
To prepare the ingredients, chop the cranberries.
2.
Spread the peanuts flat on the microwave tray, bite them on high heat for two minutes, turn them over and bite them for another minute or two. The peanuts are not brittle when they are hot, but they become brittle when they are cold!
3.
Let the peanuts cool slightly, peel them and divide them into two pieces. I forgot to shoot matcha and black sesame before.
4.
Heat in a non-stick pan, melt the butter, and then pour the marshmallows. The marshmallows are very sticky, so you must use a non-stick pan to succeed.
5.
During this period, stir fry continuously, and slowly melt the marshmallows with low heat.
6.
After the marshmallow has melted, add milk powder and matcha powder, and mix well.
7.
Then add diced peanuts, cranberries and black sesame seeds, mix well, arrange and shape.
8.
Transfer to a marble countertop to let cool.
9.
After cooling thoroughly, put it on the chopping board and cut into small pieces.
10.
Finally, use sugar paper to hold it up and save it!
Tips:
When melting the marshmallows, be sure to use a low heat and stir slowly to melt them.
