Matcha Red Date Cookies
1.
Heat the butter to melt in water
2.
Pour the egg yolks, vegetable oil, and sugar into the container, stir well with a whisk. Cut the red dates into pieces and set aside for later use (I didn’t take this step)
3.
Stir until the egg yolk becomes lighter, add milk and continue to mix well
4.
Pour flour, cornstarch, and matcha powder together and sift
5.
After sieving, use a spatula to mix well and form a dough, then add the red dates and knead it. The dough is shaped into the shape you want. What I made is a cylinder and a cuboid, and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to slice
6.
Slicing is hard work, and the dough is fragile, so use the strength
7.
It's not easy to cut these two pieces of dough, it's still a little bit broken😄
8.
Preheat at 160°C for 5 minutes, place the middle layer and bake for 20 minutes
9.
Basically, the scent started to waft out after 5 minutes. The matcha was wrapped in milky scent, and when it was about to come out of the oven, the under-adjustment was increased by 5 degrees. The result was that the edges of the finished product were a little scorched. Fortunately, it did not affect the taste, and it was crispy and crisp. There are no additives, such a good taste has to be tried before I know it! Get your hands on it, dears😊
Tips:
The oven temperature of each brand is different. When making it, you should always observe and adjust it according to the temperature of your own oven. Don't burn it like me (ps: ACA)
