Matcha Version ~ Youth League

Mix glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour, then add matcha powder, mix and stir.

Add appropriate amount of hot water to knead a dough. Do not add water at one time, but slowly add it to knead a dough with moderate hardness. Cover with plastic wrap and leave it for 30 minutes before use.

Break up the cooked peanut kernels and white sesame seeds separately, but not too fine to keep a little grainy texture.

Mix the cooked ground peanuts and white sesame seeds, add 10 grams of lard, add a little bit of water, and pinch it. There must not be too much water.

Pinch the filling with your hands, pinch it firmly.

Wrap one part of stuffing with one part of leather.

Pack it up, reunion and spare. If you can't finish it at one time, you can put it in the refrigerator and steam it directly before eating it next time.

Cover the bottom of the steamer with anti-stick steamer paper, if not, replace it with green cabbage leaves. Just steam it in the pot for 10 minutes.
