Matsutake Lean Meat Sauce

Pork purée bought back from the supermarket

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

Boil the Chinese matsutake by yourself, fry the large pieces of Chinese matsutake with scissors

Put the green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté
5.
Add pork puree and stir fry

Stir-fry until the color changes, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, continue to stir-fry the pork puree thoroughly

Add oil matsutake

Add Gingerle Sauce

Add sweet noodle sauce

Add tomato sauce and stir well

Add some water to boil together

Add some sugar
13.
Add some light soy sauce and turn to low heat to make the juice thick

Add sesame oil
15.
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds

Stir fry evenly
Tips:
The mashed pork must be simmered thoroughly, it tastes delicious! I didn’t add salt, you can add some for the heavy taste
