Matsutake Salad

Wash the choy sum and cut into sections. Boil in boiling water for one minute, pick up, drain the water, put it in a bowl and set aside

After the eggs are cooked, cut into strips and put them in a bowl

Put the fried matsutake slices in a bowl

Add salad dressing, olive oil, white sesame seeds and mix well
