Matsutake Salad

1. Wash the choy sum and cut into sections. Boil in boiling water for one minute, pick up, drain the water, put it in a bowl and set aside

2. After the eggs are cooked, cut into strips and put them in a bowl

3. Put butter in the pan, melted, add matsutake slices and fry

4. Put the fried matsutake slices in a bowl

5. Add salad dressing, olive oil, white sesame seeds and mix well
