Seasonal Vegetable and Matsutake Fried Rice

Chop garlic, carrots, and matsutake mushrooms, clean and dice

Peas are blanched and carrots are blanched and set aside

Melt the butter, stir-fry the garlic, carrots, and peas, then pour in the matsutake, stir fry, add a little salt
