Mayonnaise Dressing
1.
Take 25g of lemon juice, if you don’t have lemon juice, you can use white vinegar instead
2.
Whip the egg yolk with powdered sugar (the volume becomes larger and the color becomes lighter). The powdered sugar is white granulated sugar.
3.
Add a spoonful of oil and stir well so that the egg yolk and oil are completely combined. Then add another spoonful of oil, stirring, and repeating.
4.
When it is very thick, add a spoonful of lemon juice or white vinegar and stir, and it will become smooth again.
5.
Then continue to add oil, stir, add oil, stir... to thicken, add lemon juice, stir, add oil, stir...
6.
Until the oil and vinegar are all added, it's done! Then it’s good to be sealed and stored in a bottle
Tips:
Using lemon juice will make the egg yolk fresher and more refined than white vinegar!
