Meat Mat Muffins

Prepare the ingredients (forgot to put the honey in).

Add the rum, eggs, milk, and honey to the muffin powder and mix well.

Heat a pan over low heat and spread a layer of butter.

Pour in the batter and turn it over after it has set.
5.
After finishing the four muffins, add cocoa powder to the batter and mix well.
6.
Finish the meat pads, put them together, and drizzle them with syrup.
Tips:
The color of the muffin is easy to be too dark, so you need to fry the bottom of it on a low heat and then turn it over and fry it until cooked.
Don't add rum if you don't like the taste of alcohol.
