Mediterranean Style---lemon Herb Beef Stew

Wash the beef and cut into large pieces.

Peel and shred the onions and spring onions, wash and drain with herbs.

Heat a proper amount of olive oil in a pot on the fire, add the beef and stir fry until the color changes.

Add the shredded onion and fry until tender and cooked.
5.
Pour in white wine, stock, and beef.

Add lemon zest, lemon juice, herbs, bay leaves, chili powder, fennel.

After boiling, turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer for 1.5 hours.

Add appropriate amount of salt and black pepper, and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
Tips:
1. You can try the taste before turning off the heat. If it is too sour, add some sugar to neutralize the acidity.
2. Lemon beef stew can not only make the meat softer and tender, but also repel peculiar smells.
