1. Soak the soybeans in the refrigerator for 12 hours in advance.
Tips: Soaking beans can increase the pulp yield. Within 12 hours, the longer the soaking time, the higher the pulp yield. In other words, soaking beans is conducive to breaking up the tissues, allowing the soy milk to be beaten more finely, so that the nutrients in it can be better released. In terms of taste, soy milk made from soaked beans naturally tastes better.

2. Soak glutinous rice and rice for half an hour.
Tips: Soak the rice to make the cooked porridge thicker. It is recommended to soak if you have time. Glutinous rice helps digestion, so don’t worry about it.
