Meiling Congee

Prepare the ingredients;

After mixing the japonica rice and glutinous rice, pour into water and soak for 4 hours;

The yam is washed and steamed, peeled, put in a fresh-keeping bag, and pressed into mud;

After mixing the water and soy milk, pour into the pot, boil until boiling, then pour the soaked rice;

After the soy milk, water, and rice are mixed and boiled, add the pressed yam puree, stirring frequently, and carefully paste the bottom;

Cook for about 40 minutes, then add rock sugar and stir, the rock sugar melts out of the pot;

Put the soaked goji berries for decoration.
