1. Prepare the main materials;

9. Room temperature 23 degrees, fermentation for one hour to twice the size;

10. Take out the dough and press to exhaust, divide into 5 parts;

12. Take a small dough, flatten and roll it out; brush a layer of olive oil on the dough;

Brush the surface of the dough with egg wash, sprinkle with the remaining shredded coconut and dried cranberries; start the baking process for 45 minutes, and it will burn. 18. When the time is up, bring up the bread machine bucket;

19. Tuck out the bread and let it cool on the grid;

Tips:

Use virgin olive oil to make bread, the tissue is as soft and healthier; the bread machine barrel is wrapped in tin foil in advance.
