Melon Ice Cream

Add sugar to the chilled whipped cream.

Send it to a slightly fluid state.

Add yogurt.

Stir evenly.

The lotus seed powder is boiled with about 20 grams of warm water.

Then add boiling water and stir until it becomes transparent and let cool.

Pour the lotus seed soup into the cream.

Peel the honeydew, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.
