Meng Meng Da Xiao Xiong Mantou

Put the ingredients of the main dough into the container and knead until the dough is smooth.

After the dough is twice as large as it is fermented, take out the exhaust gas and divide it into 5 dough pieces of 40g/piece.

Take a portion of the dough and knead it into the top and narrow shape and place it on greased paper.

Add a small amount of red yeast rice powder to the remaining dough and knead until it becomes a ball, and roll it into thin slices. Cut into long strips to make a bear scarf for later use.

Take a long red noodle and apply a little water to stick it on the bear's neck (as shown in the picture), and then apply a shorter red noodle and apply water and stick it on the scarf to make it look more vivid.

Take 3g of the remaining main dough and knead it into an oval shape to make the bear's hand part.

Spread a little water and glue the hand part to the main body of the bear, the specific location is under the scarf.

Take 3g of the main dough and knead it into an oval shape, and cut it in half to form the bear's ears.

Add dark cocoa powder to the remaining dough and knead it to form the eyes, nose and mouth parts.

Ferment the prepared bear in the greenhouse to double its size, and steam it in a pot for 5 minutes.
Tips:
The bear’s scarf is decorated according to what I like. I made some white dough and pressed out patterns to decorate it. The child liked it very much. The main color of the bear can be creative according to your own ideas, for example, cocoa powder can be added to make a different effect.
