Mentai Fish Bean Sprout Soup

1. Remove the intestines and wash the mental fish, cut into sections, and cut the green onion and ginger for later use

2. Bean sprouts to root and wash

3. Put water in a pot, add the minced fish and green onion ginger, bring to a boil

4. After the pot is boiled, skim the scum

5. Boil the minta for about 10 minutes, add bean sprouts, and cook for about 5 minutes

6. Add Daxi Dai beef noodles and a pinch of salt to taste
