Mentai fish soup is a typical seafood stew with Korean flavor. Although I am not a Korean, I have lived in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture since I was a child, and my eating habits have almost followed the Koreans. Ever since I moved to Weihai, I can’t find the taste of my hometown every time, so I gradually have my own food DIY. Mentai fish soup, the authentic way, requires adding a very special seasoning called "Ye Suzi", which can be found everywhere in the northeast in autumn. For example, every spring in our family, we will sprinkle some wild Suzi seeds from the northeast on the edge of our private reserved land. You don’t need to worry about anything. When the autumn is full, the wild suzi will be harvested. When making the soup after it is dried, it tastes very special, like it, it is the taste of hometown. "
