Meringue
1.
30 grams of egg white (equivalent to the amount of egg white of a medium egg), add a few drops of lemon juice
2.
Then add 30 grams of caster sugar
3.
Stir to rigid foam
4.
Sift in milk powder and corn flour
5.
Cut and mix evenly
6.
Put it in a piping bag
7.
Put oil-absorbing paper on the baking tray, and then squeeze out the meringue
8.
Heat the oven up and down, preheat at 100 degrees for 5 minutes, put the baking tray into the middle and lower shelf, bake for 60 minutes, and leave the oven in 10 minutes after the remaining temperature is stuffy. It can be eaten after cooling.
Tips:
After the oven is out, let it cool thoroughly to uncover the sugar cubes. If it is still not easy to uncover after cooling, it means that it is not fully baked and the time should be extended.
