Meringue Peanut Ice Cream

The peanuts are fried in a pan, peeled and mashed

Thaw the fly cake crust, roll it out a little thin (forgot to take this step), brush a thin layer of oil into the mold, put in the fly cake crust, and arrange the shape (I made it a bit ugly, you can organize it better)

Spread some chocolate chips underneath

Spread a layer of chopped peanuts on top of the chocolate chips

Put the oven on medium heat for 20 minutes (the specific time is adjusted according to your own oven) and bake until the crust is crispy and golden.

Put a scoop of ice cream in the meringue, top with melted chocolate, sprinkle with crushed peanuts
