Tips:
If you eat clams like this, you don’t need to dip anything. They should be as fresh and fresh as they are. I use flower-skin clams, which are produced in the local Red Island. They have thin skin and meat. If you buy thick-skinned clams, the time should be extended accordingly. Mainly with clam openings.
