Microwave Food---steamed Pork Ribs with Lotus Leaf Black Bean Sauce

Cut the ribs into small pieces, wash and drain.

Tempeh, bean paste, green onion ginger and pork ribs sauce.

Mince tempeh and watercress.

Put chopped fermented black bean sauce, green onion and ginger in a bowl, add pork rib sauce, rice wine and appropriate amount of water.

Put it in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes.

Heat the prepared sauce.

Coat the ribs in the sauce and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours or more.

The marinated ribs are wrapped in lotus leaves.
9.
Put it in a microwave steamer.
10.
Choosing {steamed ribs} for 16 minutes, I steamed two programs, 32 minutes.
11.
Uncover the lotus leaves and sprinkle some chopped green onions, ready to eat.
Tips:
The time for steaming in the microwave depends on the amount of ribs. If you like to eat something bad, you can steam it longer.
