Short Ribs, Seaweed and Mussel Soup

Drop the small ribs with boiling water

Soak the mussels in water for 2 hours
3.
Soak the kelp and set aside
Tips:
Wash the ribs after draining the water, add oil, stir-fry with green onion and ginger, put the ribs, put rice wine, mussels and kelp, put water on high heat and turn to low heat.
