Soy Sauce Steamed Pork Ribs

1. Wash the small ribs, add garlic black bean sauce, dark soy sauce, cornstarch, cooking wine and sugar. (The garlic bean drum sauce has a salty taste, so you don't need to add salt. If you don't like the dark color, you don't need to put it in the dark soy sauce.)

2. Squeeze it evenly with your hands, let the ribs absorb the sauce, and marinate for more than 2 hours. (I usually marinate it in the morning or noon and steam it in the evening. It is very tasty.)

3. Put the marinated ribs in a deep-mouth dish.

4. Put it into the boiling water pot.

5. Steam on high heat for 40 minutes. (If you like the chewy ribs, steam for 20 minutes. My kids like to separate the bones and the flesh with one bite, just 40 minutes.)

6. Chopped green onions.

7. Sprinkle with chopped green onion to decorate and serve.
