I like to eat sweet and sour pork ribs. I used to order this dish. This time I made a perfect sweet and sour pork ribs under the guidance of a friend.

Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

1. Small ribs

2. Add the water in the pot to the cooking wine to boil and add the ribs

3. Clean the blanched ribs

4. From the new pot, add oil to the ribs

5. Stir fry on medium heat

6. Stir-fry until the surface of the ribs is yellow and yellow

7. Stir-fry evenly and color

8. Add balsamic vinegar
