This pot of braised rice is because I didn’t go to the vegetable market on rainy days, so I used my existing taro, sausage, mushrooms and small ribs to be simmered. In fact, it is similar to our salty and sour rice in Shanghai, except that small ribs are used instead of bacon. In order to make the small ribs taste and color, the small ribs are marinated in soy sauce for a while before making, so the cooked rice has the color of soy sauce. This pot of rice is superb. The aroma of ribs and sausages completely penetrates the rice grains, the soft and sweet taro, and each bite exudes a strong bone fragrance, it is really fragrant, and it is only enjoyable to eat with big mouthfuls!
