In the southern winter, there is no heating in the room. If the steamed buns are made at room temperature, it takes too long. I did an experiment yesterday. Without the use of a fermentation tank and without the aid of warm water, it takes at least 3 hours for the dough to ferment at room temperature. After the hair is in place, the air is exhausted, and the embryo is ready, a second proofing is required for about 1 and a half hours. Steaming a pot of steamed buns takes a day, which is too time-consuming and laborious. Today, the one-time fermentation method is used to mix flour, yeast, and milk, and knead into dough without fermentation. Raw embryos are made directly. After fermentation to double the size, they can be steamed, saving a lot of time. Tired bean paste rolls, the finished product is very effective, fluffy, soft, nutritious and delicious, especially suitable for office workers.
