Milk Cover Blueberry Juice

Ingredients: 200 ml of blueberry juice, 40 g of whipped cream, 4 g of caster sugar, 6 frozen blueberry berries.

Pour the whipped cream into a large clean basin, add a little granulated sugar, and beat with an electric whisk.

Whip the whipped cream into a thick and slowly flowing state, set aside.

Pour the blueberry juice into the glass, three-quarters or two-thirds full.

Then gently pour the whipped cream on the surface of the blueberry juice, and let the cream be flush with the top edge of the cup.

Finally, put the thawed blueberry particles on the surface of the cream as a decoration.
Tips:
No blueberry juice can be replaced with other juices.
The whipped cream does not need to be beaten too hard, it can be slightly fluid.
