Milk Powder to Make Yogurt
1.
Put the milk powder into a clean, oil-free container
2.
Rinse in the boiled water, you can add a little sugar
3.
Be sure to stir evenly, then add the bacteria when it is about the same temperature as the body temperature, and stir well
4.
In order to prevent the fermentation from being unsightly on the surface, use a small spoon to remove the surface foam when filling the small glass bottles.
5.
Then put hot water in the rice cooker, feel at a very comfortable temperature over fifty degrees, put it in a small glass bottle
6.
Cover it with a layer of tin foil, plug in the rice cooker, and leave it to keep it warm by itself. If it is fast, it will be fine for three hours, if it is slow, it will be six to eight hours, depending on the temper of the rice cooker.
Tips:
Haha is not as difficult as imagined! The main points are:
1. Be sure not to get oil, including containers and glass bottles;
2. There is no need to boil it anymore, because milk powder does not contain many microorganisms like fresh milk, so it can be washed with cold water, but hot water is better;
3. I used this soil method without a yogurt machine. Each rice cooker has a different heat preservation temperature, but they are all within a suitable temperature range!
4. If you want to hurry up, put it out for one night first. After the bacteria have increased in value, put it in the pot for less than two hours.
5. A little whey will come out on top, which is also very nutritious. Just stir it well when you drink it!
