Milk Red Bean Popsicle

Boil the honey beans first, soak the red beans for more than six hours, then put them in the pot and cook.

After the beans are cooked, add sugar and mix well (you can check how to cook the beans by yourself, I won’t go into details)

Put two spoons of cornstarch in the bowl

Then add three spoons of sugar (you can add more if you like sweet ones)

Then add the milk and stir well, then add the egg yolk

After stirring evenly, filter it with a filter

Then put it in a pot over water to boil, turn to low heat when the water in the pot boils, and keep stirring the milk

Cook until the milk is thick and mushy

Put a little red bean in the mold

Then enter the milk, put some beans in the middle, and then enter the milk

Finally put a layer of red beans on top

Finally, put the lid on and let it cool, then put it in the refrigerator for more than five hours.

Tips:
After freezing, take it out and eat. If the mold is not easy to take, you can rinse the outside of the mold with water, or take it out and put it aside before taking it out. The mold can be taken off easily.
