Milk Snack Pack

Put the milk sugar and egg liquid into the bucket of the bread machine.

Add powder.

Put the yeast on top of the flour and stir it a few times with chopsticks. [So that the flour will not float out in the oven]

Fix the bread bucket on the turntable in the oven, turn on the power, set the knob and the noodle gear, for 15 minutes.

Once kneading is completed, add butter and start the kneading program again.

Check the dough, you can reach a fully expanded state.

Put it in the oven again and start the fermentation process. It is best to cover the bread bucket with a damp cloth and add humidity.

Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, knead and let stand for 20 minutes.

Take a small dough and roll it into an oval shape. Roll up from the wide noodles into strips.

Knock the seal tightly and tie it into knots. Pinch both ends tightly.

Put it in the oven, start the fermentation program, set for 20 minutes. Perform 2 fermentations.
12.
After fermentation is complete, the surface is brushed with egg liquid.
13.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, 180 degrees, and pipe up and down for 12 minutes.
