Milk Stewed Flower Gum
1.
The maw is soaked one day in advance. Soak hair: wash the flower gum first, and then soak it in water for 2 to 3 cm; rinse the flower gum that has been soaked overnight, blanch it with hot water, add a little ginger to remove the fishy, and remove it in 5 minutes. After washing for many times, cut into appropriate size and simmer.
2.
The peach gum and saponified rice are soaked in water in the morning and can be cooked at night. Peach gum should be cleaned several times to prevent sawdust.
3.
Take the stewing pot and put all the ingredients (flower maw, peach gum, lotus seeds, pure milk, appropriate amount of rock sugar) into the stewing pot.
4.
Stew in water for 1.5-2 hours! A little bit of condensed milk can be added half an hour before it is out of the pot, which is more fragrant!
