Milk Tea with Sea Salt Cheese Milk Cap

Heat water for black tea, pour it into the pot and cook for three minutes, then simmer for ten minutes

Brewed black tea, strain out the tea soup

Put yellow granulated sugar in the bowl, add light cream and mix well

Then pour into the black tea soup and stir evenly

Add confectioner's sugar to the cheese and stir until smooth

Add whipped cream and sea salt, and beat until a milkshake

Tips:
1. Stir the cheese until smooth
2. Sea salt must be used for sea salt, otherwise the taste will be saltier
3. For black tea, I use Ceylon black tea
