Hokkaido milk toast, I don’t need to say more. The amateur baking industry should be known to everyone. The predecessors have summarized three recipes: direct method, medium method and soup method, which are all very easy to use. And I have tried all three of the very classic toast recipes. I used to prefer the medium one for a long time. Recently, I became obsessed with the soup. I made it twice in a week. The finished product is soft and fragrant.

Ingredients

1. To make soup, add 20 grams of high-gluten flour to clean water, and stir evenly with a whisk

2. Heat on low heat until the pasta is gelatinized, and set aside after making the soup

3. Put liquid materials such as eggs, whipped cream, milk and white sugar into the bread machine first

4. Then add milk powder, high-gluten flour and yeast powder

5. Then add the soup ingredients

6. Start a dough program

7. The dough slowly becomes soft

8. Knead the dough until smooth and add softened butter

9. Start another dough program and knead the dough to the complete stage

10. Round the kneaded dough and ferment to 2.5 times its size

11. Take out the dough and vent it lightly, divide it into 3 portions, cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes

12. Take a round ball, roll it out into a tongue shape, and fold both sides toward the middle

13. Roll up gently from top to bottom

14. Roll the three pieces of dough separately and put them into the toast box

15. Put it in a warm place and send it to 80% full

16. Fire up and down at 180 degrees, the penultimate layer, 45 minutes, remember to cover the tin foil after coloring

17. Take off the film immediately after baking and let it cool, let it cool completely and then slice it or just tear it up and eat it
