1.
As shown in the picture, the main members will debut first~ sorry...Jujube Jun TT...red dates have just been cooked in the pot...it's dripping! Wash the red dates in advance and cook them for later (^_^)v
2.
Gradually decompose: 3 bowls of flour (the flour is almost flush with the mouth of the bowl), put in the basin for later use
3.
The size of the spoon shown in the picture, this capacity is 4 spoons of brown sugar, 4 spoons of milk powder
4.
Add a spoonful of yeast
5.
Wash the brown sugar, milk powder, and yeast in the bowl with warm water. Because the amount of flour is large, adjust 2 and a half bowls with this ratio
6.
Add the tuned yeast brown sugar water to the flour in batches and knead it into a smooth dough
7.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth to moisturize the dough, then put a lid on the bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes
8.
After the noodles wake up, cut into pieces
9.
Dough with a faint aroma~The texture is very delicate
10.
Cut dough pieces of moderate size, knead them into small smooth dough, press out the air in the dough, and put a cooked jujube on the surface of the dough
11.
3 bowls of flour can make about 10 jujube buns
12.
Brush corn oil on the walls and bottom of the steamer in the pot
13.
Put the jujube buns in the steamer, leaving a certain amount of space
14.
Put the pot in the pot, change the lid to let the steamed buns ferment, it takes 50 minutes
15.
After 50 minutes of fermentation, the steamed buns are about 2 times larger than before, and they can be steamed on fire.
16.
Boil the water in the pot on high fire, keep on high heat for 15-20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, then it will be out!
Tips:
If there is no milk powder, it can be replaced with warm milk, no need to add warm water.
The damp drawer cloth can effectively maintain the humidity of the dough and isolate the air.
The red dates are washed and cooked in advance for a better taste.
Add boiling water to the pot to promote better, fuller and faster fermentation of steamed buns.
Finally, put the red dates, use 2 thumbs to press a small groove on the surface of the dough, and then put the red dates in to shape.
