Milky Chocolate Truffles

Bring the whipped cream and water to a boil in a small pot, take it off, and pour it into a bowl with chocolate

Add the butter and stir gently. If the chocolate is not completely melted, stir in a little insulated water until all are melted, and stir them evenly

Pour into the mold, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours, the chocolate is solidified, take it out, cut into pieces, then roll it into a circle by hand, and roll the cocoa powder on the surface.
