Milky Corn Juice

Prepare the raw materials, peel off the skin of the corn and wash it;

Cut the corn kernels with a knife;

Put the corn kernels into the boiling pot and put it in cold water, the amount of water is the height of the finger belly of the corn kernels, cook for 5-7 minutes, turn off the heat and let cool;

Put the cold corn syrup into the food processor and beat for 2 minutes (the whipping time depends on the power of your own food processor), the corn syrup is very thick;

Add 2 scoops of condensed milk and beat for 30 seconds.

Tips:
If it cannot be whipped very finely, it is best to filter the corn juice for a better taste.
