Milky Date Cake

Prepare the materials.

Flour, yeast, and sugar are mixed with milk to form a dough, and put it in a warm place for proofing.

The dough rises to twice its size.

Divide the proofed dough into 10 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 10 minutes.

Take a portion and roll it into a thicker dough sheet.

Place 4 jujubes on the upper half of the rolled dough.

Fold the dough with jujube in half, and put 2 jujubes on the dough.

After placing the jujube, fold it in half.

All are done one by one and put in the steamer to wake up for 15 minutes.

Turn on high heat, change to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, simmer for four or five minutes, and then remove the lid.
Tips:
1. The finished jujube cake must be proofed twice.
2. It is best to heat the milk to about 30 degrees in a microwave oven to make the flour faster.
3. It will take a few minutes to open the lid after steaming.
