Originally I wanted to make meatless, but thinking about the New Year, there must be meat to be perfect, so I added some minced meat to the leek filling to make it more delicious.

Steamed Dumplings with Minced Meat, Egg and Shrimp Skin

1. After mixing the two noodles, rinse with hot water

2. Use chopsticks to stir quickly, then knead the dough with your hands

3. Divide into small doses of about 30 grams

4. Then use a rolling pin to roll into a cake

5. Quickly beat the eggs

6. Stir-fry minced meat in a frying pan, then add egg mixture

7. Use chopsticks to quickly open

8. Add the chopped leek vermicelli, shrimp skin and seasoning, mix well

9. The next step is to make dumplings, just make them what you like

10. Steam in a pot on cold water for about ten minutes

Tips:

Be sure to use boiling hot water when making noodles
