Milky Mara Cake

Mix flour, custard powder, sugar and baking powder.

Beat in the eggs

Stir until there are no particles and the sugar has melted.

Pour in the milk, whipped cream and corn oil and mix.

Mixed batter.

Pour it into an 8-inch mold covered with greased paper and let it stand for 10 minutes.

It is said that steaming in a bamboo steamer or a container with holes will heat more evenly and produce better. I don’t have a bamboo steamer and I used an 8-inch drain pot.

Put it in a pot of boiling water and steam on high heat for 30 minutes.

Come out of the pot immediately after steaming.
10.
Put it on the grill and let it cool for a while.

The fluffy milk is full of fragrance.
