Milky Roll

After the potatoes are peeled, cut into small pieces and steamed, remove and cut into puree.

Crush the pieces with a knife.

Make a rectangle.

Cut into equal rectangular pieces.

Cut the butter into one-third the size of small pieces of mashed potatoes.

Put butter on top of mashed potatoes.

After stacking another piece of mashed potatoes on top, pinch it all around and rub it with your hands into the shape shown in the figure.

Sprinkle the mashed potatoes with dry flour.

Mix the batter, egg, flour, starch.

Come on.

Add water.

Batter the mashed potatoes.

Put it in a pot and fry on a low heat, and put 30% oil into the pot.
14.
Fry into the pan as shown in the picture.
15.
Drizzle tomato sauce.
16.
Add coriander leaves.
