Minced Beef with Potato Mince

The required raw materials are shown in the figure.

Pop the garlic in the oil first

Then put the eggplant in the pot and stir fry, you can add a little water, remember not to use too much. Don't forget to add salt!

Serve the eggplants that are fried to 7 mature. In a separate frying pan, put the shallots in the frying pan and burst.

Then add the ground beef and stir-fry until cooked through, adding appropriate salt.

Spread the fried eggplant on the bottom of the oven container.

Then spread the fried beef on the second layer. If you like it, you can mix the beef with the right amount of cream and cheese before spreading it on top of the eggplant.

Add 2-3 eggs to the mashed potatoes. I wanted to add 2 at first, and finally 3, then pour in the right amount of cream (any amount), and finally pour in the milk until the mashed potatoes are formed. Don't forget to add salt.

Finally, spread the mashed potatoes on top.

Put it in the oven, turn it to 220 degrees, and bake on the upper and lower fire for 45 minutes.
