Minced Bitter Gourd

Wash the bitter gourd, remove the flesh and cut into thin strips.

Put a little refined salt to pickle bitter gourd strips for 10 minutes to kill water and remove part of the bitter taste.

Wash the red pepper and cut into thin strips.

Cut the lean pork into minced meat.

Put oil in a pot, add ginger, tempeh, and red bean paste to fry until the oil is hot.

Pour in the minced meat and stir-fry until cooked.

Pour in 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir well.

Pour in bitter gourd strips and red pepper strips and stir-fry until cooked.
Tips:

2. Because this dish uses red bean paste, there is no need to add refined salt.
