Tips:
1. Stir the minced meat. Stir in one direction after adding the seasonings, so that the meat will become muscular. You can add an appropriate amount of water during the process of mixing the minced meat. Half a pound of minced meat is usually 2-3 tablespoons of meat so that it will not be too tight;
2. Put some cornstarch or cornstarch on both sides of the meat stuffed vegetable slices, so that the meat is easier to stick, so that the meat will not fall off during the cooking process;

4. During the roasting or steaming of the eggplant, you can free up your hands to mix the bowl of juice.
